The Pilates Method of Exercise

Certification in the Pilates Method of Exercise means achieving the skills most closely linked to Joseph Pilates and consistently teaching those skills as Pilates intended. Certifications are offered at all levels, from the basic FUNDAMENTALS to the more advanced work on all the primary pieces of apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates.
