Basic Fitness Method (BFM) - Here's your everything class: Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Cool down. A non-stop class for total fitness.

The Stretch Imperative (TSI) - a unique blend of stretch and strength exercises long popular at LONNA'S. The TSI class will gravity-proof your body while it streamlines. Quite a workout too!

A Cut Above the Rest (CUT)- For developing strength and muscle definition, this class uses weights for working all the major "sculpt" muscles for that "cut" look.

ENERGY (EG) - A mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and flowing stretches for a light cardio workout. Non-stop motion that will lift your spirit and lighten your load.

YOGA- A must class for everybody's body! Stretch, strength, and balance for a more mind / body experience. Our Yoga classes are tailored to the audience , i.e. Vinyassa, Ashtanga, Hatha or a mix of styles. It's today's "must do" class.

Spinning (SPIN) - Cycling was never like this! Your instructor takes you on a fun road trip with music and motivation to drive you up a hill and across the finish line. You'll burn calories galore as you strengthen your heart, lungs and legs.

Steps (BS) -Still a popular cardio workout at Lonna's. Class includes body conditioning.

SPOT CHECK (SC) - A 45-minutes express class designed to hit all the right spots - abs, arms, legs and back. The class will make use of light weights, cables, bands and balls. It's always a different experience.

Cardio-Combo(CC) - A popular class that blends Aerobics (usually Lo-Impact) with hip and thigh work for a perfect combo.

Variety Pack (VP) - This class is "whatever!" Steps & Slide; Floor & Steps; Circuit; Intervals; and Circus Circus, a fun mix of almost anything. Always a good workout!

Warm Up (WU) A 15-20-minute low-impact aerobic warm up preceding a class which has other elements included.

To Be Announced (TBA) The type of class offered has not been established, but is always at the request of the class participants…anything goes!
