In 1989, Lonna first brought Pilates (www.pilates.com) to the Twin Cities. She and her staff are renowned for their skill in teaching, their experience in the work and their attention to safety. She offers numerous options for learning plus special rates for seniors and youth. Although the Center is easily accessible, corporations can contract instructors for in-house corporate sessions.

Lonna Mosow’s Center for Mind Body Fitness is the Twin Cities first fully- equipped Pilates’ facility featuring

The Pilates Method is the work of a master, Joseph Pilates, and it is our mission to bring you as close as possible to what the master intended.

Lonna offers teacher certification in Pilates at all levels, from the basic FUNDAMENTALS to the more advanced work on all the primary pieces of apparatus Joseph Pilates designed.

PILATES REFORMER CLASSES*

The Pilates Reformer class is a synchronized workout on one of the primary pieces of apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates.  The class is limited to 4-5 participants all of whom have qualified to partake in the class by first taking private sessions with one of our certified trainers.  With a strong foundation in the concepts established to insure that the Method is intact, class participants enjoy a fun, efficient and total body workout. 

The mission of the Center for Mind Body Fitness is to provide the Reformer Class with the means to experience the “genuine article” that is the Pilates Method without compromising its intent.  The Pilates Reformer class is a way for the Pilates student to
stretch their dollar while tightening their belt!
