In 1989, Lonna first brought Pilates (www.pilates.com)
to the Twin Cities. She and her staff are renowned for their skill
in teaching, their experience in the work and their attention to
safety. She offers numerous options for learning plus special
rates for seniors and youth. Although the
Center is easily accessible, corporations can contract instructors
for in-house corporate sessions.
Lonna Mosow’s Center for Mind Body Fitness is the
Twin Cities first fully- equipped Pilates’ facility featuring
- The Universal Reformer
- The Cadillac,
- The Ladder Barrel
- The Wunda Chair
...and all of the auxiliary pieces that Joseph
Pilates designed.
The Pilates Method of Exercise will
- Stretch and strengthen muscles
- Develop sleek and statuesque posture
- Improve flexibility and coordination
- Increase endurance
- Help recover from soft tissue injuries
- Therapeutically aid neuro-muscular disorders
- Condition and speed recovery after childbirth
- Facilitate and enhance athletic performance
A Pilates body - long, lean, strong and supple - is the result
of learning how to unite mind and muscle with exactness, precision
and flowing motion. The Pilates Method requires the watchful eye
and guiding hands of a Specialized Trainer. No book or video will
do.
We offer the most comprehensive training options!

Pilates, and it is our mission to bring you as close as possible
to what the master intended.

certification in Pilates at all levels, from the basic FUNDAMENTALS
to the more advanced work on all the primary pieces of apparatus
Joseph Pilates designed.
